With extensive experience at the professional and international level, Coach Ipek brings world-class expertise directly to athletes of all ages and levels, from junior beginners to advanced competitive players.
As the founder of Kiva, Coach Ipek's mission is to make high-quality volleyball coaching accessible to everyone — by going directly to schools, gyms, and training venues across Japan to deliver professional instruction wherever athletes are.

Volleyball Training Camps
Intensive residential camps led by Coach Ipek, featuring comprehensive training in technique, tactics, and physical conditioning. Available in multiple formats for junior-high and high-school students.
After-School Volleyball
Coach Ipek visits your school or organization directly. Professional coaching for ages 6–18, beginners to advanced. Max 12 students, 2–3 sessions per week. Custom quotes available.
Event & Tournament Support
Technical and tactical coaching for volleyball events and tournaments. Expert guidance for teams at all competitive levels, from friendly matches to formal competitions.
