What Is Kiva?
Kiva is a general incorporated association running sports promotion activities centered on volleyball. We aim to create spaces where everyone involved in sport can grow and perform at their best.
From planning and running camps and events to after-school coaching, we support athletes' growth from every angle — valuing not just skills, but the joy of taking on challenges and the bonds between teammates.
Founded in 2026, Kiva works with junior and senior high school athletes, families, schools and international organizations across Japan, primarily in Chiba and Ibaraki.
What We Do
Volleyball Training Camps
- Intensive residential camps led by FIVB-certified coaches
- Comprehensive technique, tactics, and conditioning
- Small groups for individualized instruction
- All-inclusive: accommodation, meals, transport
After-School Volleyball
- Coach Ipek visits your school or group
- Ages 6–18, beginners to advanced
- Max 12 students per coach
- 2–3 sessions per week
Sports Events
- Volleyball tournaments and friendly matches
- Community-based sports events
- Multiple skill-level categories
- Full safety management and operational support

Coach Ipek
Former Professional Volleyball Player · FIVB Coach Level IICoach Ipek is a Former Professional Volleyball Player and holds the prestigious FIVB (Fédération Internationale de Volleyball) Coach Level II certification — an internationally recognized coaching qualification.
With extensive experience at the professional and international level, Coach Ipek brings world-class expertise directly to athletes of all ages, from junior beginners to advanced competitive players.
Coach Ipek travels directly to schools, gyms, and training venues across Japan, making high-quality volleyball coaching accessible to athletes and teams wherever they are.
